Even his great-grandfather was a beekeeper of Ferenc Stencli, the younger, who left the corporate world to join his father, the elder Ferenc Stencli, in beekeeping. They practice beekeeping in the Ipoly Valley. They have around three hundred beehives, and the bees gather nectar from the nearby forests and the adjacent fields.
Their beekeeping operation produces acacia, linden, rapeseed, and mixed flower honey, in addition to other beekeeping products such as propolis, pollen, and royal jelly. They take great pride in their acacia honey. Due to their technology, they can produce beautiful, crystal-clear acacia honey without any off-flavours.
